Parking Near Rubidoux High School

Certain portions of Olive Street and Leyburn Place require parking permits to be displayed during school hours when Rubidoux High School is in session. 

Formal parking permit placards ("mirror hangers") will be issued beginning in April 2, 2018.  The new permit placards will be replacing the current parking permits that were issued before April 2, 2018.  New permit placards are required to be displayed beginning in August of 2018 in conjuction with the school year.  New permit placards are valid immediatey upon receipt and can be displaying as soon as April 2, 2018.  Beginning August 1, 2018, all City-issued parking permits issued prior to April 2, 2018 for the regulated areas near Rubidoux High School will expire and become invalid.  There is no charge to acquire new parking permit placards every two (2) years.

Residents can apply for new parking permit placards online via the form below.  Permits can either be mailed to you or you can pick them up at City Hall located at 8930 Limonite Avenue, Jurupa Valley, CA at a specified date.  Residents are strongly encouraged to submit their application electronically and receive their permits by mail.

You can choose to receive your parking permits by mail or you can physically pick them up at City Hall on or after Monday, May 8, 2017.

Parking permits may not be sold, transferred, loaned, or borrowed, to other residences, other residents, or visitors to the neighborhood. Permit placards must be displayed at all times when parking in areas subject to the parking permit program. Any violation of these rules may result in a revocation of parking permit passes and further legal action.
