Please note that the cut-off for inspection requests is at 6:00 AM on the day of the inspection. If you need to cancel a previously submitted inspection request, please fill out the form completely and select yes on the last question of the form.  For questions about this form or to speak with a representative from the Building Department, please call (951) 332-6464.

Enter the street address of your project. Example: 123 Main St.
Enter nearest major cross streets if no address is available. Example: Jurupa Rd./Main St.

Cell phone preferred. Enter the area code and phone number for the primary contact person for the project/inspection. Example: (951) 123-4567
Enter the date that you are requesting for an inspection. Use the calendar icon to the right, enter as mm/dd/yyyy
Open the calendar popup.
Email address for the primary contact person for the project/inspection process. Example:
Check all types of inspections that you are requesting. Multiple boxes can be checked.
Choose whether you prefer a morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) inspection for your project from the drop-down menu.
Is your project residential or commercial? Choose one from the drop-down menu.
Did you have a previously scheduled building inspection that you need to cancel because you are requesting to schedule this one?
Please provide any additional comments or questions that you have related to the project or the building inspection process. This field is optional.
If you need to speak with your inspector on the day or your inspection, select this option and the inspector will call you on the morning of your inspection at the contact number you provided above.
