As a resident since 2004, Brian, his wife Samantha and their three children reside in the Glen Avon area of the City of Jurupa Valley. Their children both attend Jurupa Unified District Schools and the family enjoys participating in Jurupa Valley sports and family friendly events.
Brian earned his degree in Business Management from California State Northridge and started a water conservation business in 1988. He obtained a State of California General and Plumbing Contracting License. (B&C-36, Lic. No. 802077). Currently, Brian is working as a Project Manager for a real estate development and investment banking company in Santa Ana, CA.
In addition to serving as an Alternate Member to the Metrolink Board of Directors, Brian serves on the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) and is the chair for both the Western Riverside County Programs and Projects Committee and the Toll Policy and Operations Committee. Brian also sits on the RCTC's Future Funding Committee. He serves on the SR-91 Advisory Committee, is an alternate Board member on the Riverside Transit Agency and previously an alternate on the Western Riverside Council of Governments. Additionally, Brian serves on the Mobile Source Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC) - which provides grant funding to reduce pollution emissions.
In preparation for the City’s first parade in 2019, Brian serves on the Parade Committee that’s charged with planning and coordinating the operations for the event.
Brian has coached AYSO soccer teams, has assisted with the Indian Hills Swim Team and served on the Jurupa Fastpitch Board.
